Whatever we do, we do it right. Be it product, technology or anything else, we have an intellectual approach in everything. We research, discuss possibilities and solutions, and implement technology in a very solid manner. We are forward looking, always seeking to optimise and automate.
We want all our clients and team members to have the same approach as well. We greatly value passion and commitment to your work. We believe that people do their best work when they take pride in it. We don’t want to work with people who want to achieve mediocre results.
We think big and want to change the world for the better. There are several challenges looming over the world, which include climate change, widespread mental health problems and inequality. We want to work on projects which will fix these problems.
Whenever we are designing software, we keep the overall benevolence in our minds. We often convince our clients to democratise the technology we are building for them and to make their platforms more accessible to everyone.
We take responsibility for our work and hold ourselves accountable to results. While we do believe in minimising risks for ourselves, we don't shy away from taking greater responsibility towards success of our clients and their projects.
Our process is an example of demonstrating this value, where we not only build the technology but also take responsibility for acquiring users and helping clients raise funds. We practice ownership at an individual level as well where every team member feels empowered and accountable.
Building products is a team sport. You cannot build effective products if you don't talk frequently to users, clients and other team members across teams. We take initiative in bringing up topics that need discussion, and providing feedback without consequences.
We use several tools which help us communicate effectively. Remote work adds several challenges to collaborating effectively and we are constantly evolving our communication methodologies to get better results and avoid zoom fatigue.
You cannot be a good person without having empathy and being able to put yourself in other people's shoes. Building effective products requires empathising towards the users and building solutions which resonate with them.
We make sure to demonstrate empathy is all of our interactions. You cannot build friendships and comfortable work environments without empathy. We also empathise with the founders that we work with and try to solve their challenges.
